Most reasonable Sunday thru Thursday rates, not shabby for the money, beds are a matter of preference, I personally lost no sleep. Air conditioner was efficient. Ice machine held up, small room refrigerator ok. Location very centeralized, my favorite Sheets gas and convenience, 6 blocks, always stop 3 or more times, none in upstate NY.

The room was nice and it was clean. I enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. I liked the deck outside of the room.
Good! You get what you pay for! Super affordable, quiet location, Just outside of Auburn not far from 5 and 20 to Camillus and Syracuse and not far from the New York State Thruway 90. Nothing super fancy but it’s a great place and serves it’s purpose! The owner is a great guy and place was quiet. Only thing I really heard was some geese and ducks outside at the pond but ain’t nothing wrong with that though!
Although a long drive from Cicero, it was well worth the trip to hear the entertainment. Owner, an old friend, is very hospitable.
We like to dance to the music of Matt Chase and the Thunder Canyon Band. Just wish Eeyore would fix the septic system....a little stinky
I enjoy going to dilajs and dancing to the bands that play there. I don't look for much more than that... Just wish I could pressure wash the parking lot
